When was the last time you said "I love you" to someone?

나는 매일매일 아이들에게 사랑한다고 말하고 있다. I said that I love them to my kids every day. I need a routine to get my life back on track, instead of being lazy and aimless. I want to get proper exercise, more reading, and making a real plan to change my future.
