Have you ever felt disappointed in yourself?

I felt disappointed when I was in the car with my stepdad and he was yelling at me because I made him and my mom look bad and saying that I had a perfect life and how he fought out of his addiction so he could "get his kids back" and how emotionally exhausted my mom is from working. And that she should be the one who should be feeling depressed.l
